Crane Rehab Center- Pediatrics

Megan Patorno is a fantastic OT. She has so many incredible skills such as DMI and feeding therapy. She is amazing with the kiddos.

First time at Crane and I can definitely say I'm pleased everyone was super friendly his new physical therapist Susanna was caring and compassionate about treating my son and put together a care plan that will be beneficial in the long run so glad I made the decision to bring him to Crane.

Emily treated my daughter after she had a tongue tie release. She was wonderful! Incredibly knowledgeable and her advice and care truly helped my daughter heal and learn to use her tongue to breastfeed. We were completely successful and continue to have success breastfeeding. I don't know where we'd be without Emily. So thankful for all she did!

heather is outstanding. accommodating, kind, she texts me reminders which i appreciate. two of my boys have had speech therapy with her from about 2 years old and we love her! plus the new space is great and everyone who works there, from billing to office staff, are kind, patient, and helpful.

This place is only concerned about money and not the patient. The staff is rude and uncaring. The rules only apply to the patient not to the therapist or the company. I do not recommend this place. They are unorganized and you have to repeatedly call to get information correct.

Sent my son To ABA for Behavior problems. Got kick out for Behavior Problems. They are not trained Tech Here They Are Babysitter Who Have No Idea How To Deal With Kids With Autism. Made my son out to be the big bad kid that everyone is Afraid To Work With. The Techs Would Change Every week The Environment here seems to be very Unstable. Which Wasn’t Always Like That It Seem that When The Earthart Location Close because Of A Fire. Him and The Child In His Group Went To At A New Location. The Bienville Location. That’s When His Behavior Changed. I was it under the impression that I was in the right place for this but instead of them trying to help the behavior it seems like they just wanted to get rid of him. Two Locations put in one seems to cause a lot of stress between the staff. Then it became a staffing issue. Then oh your son behaviors is so bad he needs to two techs. But we need to suspend Services until we can find another tech. Then it’s Oh if one Tech call off He Can’t Come Because he Needs Two Tech At All Times. I Believe Emilys Plan was to get rid of him because the other location was taking To Long To Open and since the only Other Kid From Earhart Was Leaving In January to go to school. It was easy to get rid of him and say it was a behavior problem .so when the Earhart location opens she can start off fresh. And she got the staff To Lie Seems like all of them were working together.

I was sent by the Orthopedic surgeon for a frozen shoulder. My team evaluated me and agreed with the diagnosis but added one additional muscle group which also needed treatment. I admit I was skeptical of the treatment plan which was recommended. I just did not see how it was going to help. I was wrong and completely floored when after only just 2 sessions I was 80% better and after 4 sessions I was 95% better. The therapists at Crane rehab were thorough and professional. I also enjoyed talking to them. I highly recommend Crane for any physical therapy you need!

I have had 2 knees replaced and neck injuries, each time rehabbing with Crane. They are the reason I can walk and live without pain. I've utilized both locations and can't say enough great things about the staff. I've worked with several therapists and their assistants and trust them all. I love the facility at Lee Circle. I tried a few other PT clinics but none match Crane. They're professional, friendly and well versed in their craft.
