The most popular space by far is the "Zen Den" where Beth has laid out gorgeous crystal bowls, yoga mats, pillows, eye masks, and more for meditation and sound healing, allowing kids and teens to feel present and tune into their bodies, something they are rarely provided the opportunity to do. Beth is so passionate and skilled at what she does and is an incredible resource for the community.
