Creative Kids Therapy Inc - ABA THERAPY

Writing this review is easy because we are so thankful for finding Creative Kids Therapy and meeting our Therapist, Alondra. She has taken the time and dedication to build a trust and bond with our son that, in turn, resulted in him opening up and making such big strides in his delayed milestones. We could almost immediately start seeing changes/improvements in his speech and interaction with us and in the classroom, and even with his eating! The staff at the office is very professional and attentive to anything we need when we have called, and they make sure to call and follow up - even if just to tell us they're working on something that may be a bit delayed. This place is truly a blessing; we can't thank you guys enough!

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I've never dealt with such a terrible healthcare facility. I also called twice for the manager to call me before writing this review, with no call back. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing healthcare experiences I've ever had. I took my child in for an evaluation months ago. They had no problem billing my insurance — but since then, nothing. No results, no follow-up, no explanation. I’ve called over 10 times, trying to get answers. Each time, I’m given the same empty promise that someone — usually a manager — will call me back. Not once have they followed through. It’s clear this office does not prioritize communication, follow-up, or basic professionalism. This isn’t just a customer service issue — it’s a complete failure in patient care and accountability. How can you take the time to take your child in, they charge for services but never get back to you with results? There is something sketchy going on with this company, where they charge for visits and don't get back to you. I strongly warn others to look elsewhere.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews . But I am honestly fed up. It’s been almost 3 months of me calling every week advising the person who answers the phone to escalate my request and I’m always informed that they will send an email but can’t guarantee to schedule an evaluation. Nobody EVER calls me back. I’m trying to schedule both my sons for speech therapy and they are behind. The only reason I’m choosing this facility is due to it being close proximity to me. Otherwise, I am considering searching elsewhere . It should not take 3 months to schedule an appointment especially when I’ve spoken to the same front desk person over and over …

I have been trying to make an appointment for a new patient for the last 3 days. The first person to who I spoke to, got my son information, and she said someone was going to call me back. They never call. Today, I called for a second time because my infant needs physical therapies as soon as possible. They placed me on hold, and then none one picked the phone up. I work in the medical field. I don’t understand why they would need over 24 hours to book an appointment. I hope they have enough patients and their business is thriving. I’m not taking my son for medical care to a place which lack of professionalism

My husband and I didn't know where to turn for speech therapy for our sons, but choosing Creative Kids Therapy was the best decision we could have made. We have had the most incredible experience with Creative Kids Therapy, especially with Morgan, the speech therapist. Morgan has been amazing with our sons. She is incredibly patient, kind, and truly passionate about her work. We've seen such remarkable progress in our sons' communication skills since they started working with her. Morgan makes each session engaging and fun, and our boys always look forward to their time with her. We are beyond grateful for the positive impact she has had on our family and would highly recommend her and Creative Kids Therapy to anyone seeking exceptional speech therapy services.
