I wouldn't even give them one star. Alan is incredibly rude to everyone and doesn't want to listen to our goals. Additionally, Lisa Loscasia, a BCBA, was unprofessional; she tried to impose her own goals instead of respecting our rights as parents. They refused to understand why we were coming to their agency. I brought a therapist who knows my son, and instead of collaborating, they tried to convince her to leave him and work in their clinic. This behavior is inappropriate. They do not respect our rights and goals as parents. When she don’t wanted to agree then she said I am not good fit for your son.
