They fell off when Kyle and Michalene left. The was no real organization when it came to coverage or no shows . I would literally be getting my son down when they would tell me they have no coverage. Keep in mind it’s 25 minute drive to and from their excuse was no one would be in the office till 8:30 am to relay the message . I couldn’t stand Josh or the majority of the people up front they could be so unprofessional and just there flirting and chatting eating Dairy Queen dilly bars in front of the kids like really you can’t wait for lunch or even in the back??. We left to Proud moments and I have zero regrets. The professionalism there is unmatched and they are on top of everything.
My child got hurt there multiple times to where I had to take her to ER and then they lied and said it was my husband and then we proved that wrong. They don't care about the kids my daughter had bruises on her legs. STAY FAR AWAY
