THERAPY!!! Very important but second-important thing is HAVING A GREAT THERAPY OFFICE and staff. I love seeing Amanda every single time I come in. She is amazing and is very kind. Yileny is an amazing THERAPIST. I would recommend her to everyone.

Hi! I reached out to several ABA providers and, with it being the beginning of the year, many were understandably busy. I had to call this office twice, but I’m so glad I followed up. Jen quickly helped me set up a profile, and I’m now scheduled for a consultation with Dr. G, who I’ve heard wonderful things about. The front office staff (I believe her name was Ana or Amanda) was incredibly helpful and reassuring. I’m really looking forward to starting services with your team!

After several appointments that were not honored, several phone calls that only ever go to voicemail, they never saw me. After many opportunities I gave them and many appointments that I waited weeks to months for, I would say that this provider, Crystal Minds, is not organized and is not prepared to match you with an appropriate therapist. After two months of waiting for them I got nowhere.

My stepson was diagnosed with Autism in his elementary years, and because he is high functioning, apart from extra time with school work and other school related concessions, he hadn't received much help with his behavior. After some depression issues, he started ABA with Dr Gilbert's company. It wasn't an immediate change of course, but through school and individual visits with the therapists and social interaction trainings, his behavior improved drastically. He became more social and dealt with stressors much better. Crystal minds has been a game changer for our family and my son is excelling in school, socially, and even talks about his future plans, when he used to say he couldn't imagine life past 18. This was a kid who once cried that he had no friends, and now started a new high school and has a great group of positive friends. And also helps other kids who are going through their own tough times. The counselors and staff are all incredibly helpful and truly want the best for their kids. If you're looking for a company who cares for your child, our family highly recommends Crystal Minds ABA.

Initially, I did an Autism consultation with Dr. Gilbert and she recommended that I do the Autism evaluation ADOS in the sister company Crystal minds psychological services. The only unfortunate thing is that they do not take insurance for this. I think that it was reasonably priced once I got the feedback which was within three weeks …not bad… I started ABA Services here. I don’t know if I’ve been lucky, but I have a great team of professional professionals ranging from BCBA’s and RBT’s that really care for my kid. From the beginning, they told me that parent training was mandatory which again is a plus thank you guys for all that you do.

Crystal Minds in Doral has been such a blessing for our family! The ABA therapy services are truly professional and caring, and they go above and beyond to meet each child’s needs. My child joined their social skills group, and we immediately noticed improvements in his confidence and ability to connect with peers. They also offer an amazing summer autism camp that combines learning, structure, and fun perfect for preventing regression and keeping kids engaged. Beyond grateful for Dr. G and her staff. They are welcoming, gentle and understanding. Our daughter's aversion to adults and children was challenging. When I was ready to give up, Dr G. suggested a different approach that allowed her to slowly overcome and succeed her fears. Would never hesitate to seek her guidance again if needed.

We have been part of Crystal Minds New Beginnings for many years, and their service has been absolutely outstanding throughout our entire journey.
