Comprehensive ABA therapy services tailored to your needs
Community School of Maryland of CSAAC is a place where the administration doesn't respect the staff; they speak to us like garbage. We're crammed into a van with nine people, including autistic children, and we genuinely have no space when there's commotion and aggression. You go and talk to the administration about it, and the director says he'll look into it and that, according to regulations, this van should hold 12 people. He doesn't care about how the staff might feel about the aggression. I don't recommend anyone apply to the school or tell a parent to enroll their child. There's discrimination there, especially if you're African.
Cozy, welcoming atmosphere
Perfect
The financial department has a lot of offices but nobody can helped went you have financial issues.
Mrs Valerie Ekwoge and Lawrinda Eboyah are very helpful and highly professional.
Please stop trying to ‘fix’ neurodivergent people! ABA therapy is harmful because it is a compliance based therapy that makes us mask a our identities and struggles so we can ‘fit in’. Neurodivergent people can’t and shouldn’t be ‘cured’, they just may need extra support from family and friends and accommodations depending on where they are on the spectrum. Please don’t send your kid here! I don’t want them to go through what I experienced here; years of not understanding myself and trying to deny that I was autistic because I believed that it was a problem that needed to be ‘fixed’! It made me feel bad about myself for struggling with social interactions, stimming, and getting sensory overloads (things neurodivergents commonly experience). I am almost certain that most of these five star reviews are from neurotypical parents who don’t understand their child’s perspective! It is really important that you get information about autism from autistic people since only they can experience that perspective! We need more Autism Acceptance! - From Natalie, a former autistic child at CSAAC
