I have two sons with autism and they have been with other providers where they have experienced abuse and neglect. CTA is absolutely the best provider either of them have ever been with. Thank you, CTA, for giving me peace of mind.

Some staff are very, very good, and on paper the organization is excellent. However the written rules seem to get overlooked by management and poor quality staff are retained at the expense of everyone else. High value staff are taken advantage of to make up for staffing deficits and sometimes of in dangerous situations. Upper management often seemed out of touch and indifferent to the safety of staff and clients in some locations. Disappointing.

Wish there were good things to say about CTA. Terrible treatment of staff and people working, . Very disgusting. The worse part is the management will ignore it, find a reason to say you did something wrong (they will tell lies about you) and then eventually fire you because if you try and question them or they’re work ethic, it’s immediately an attack on CTA community management. Wish the best for them, hopefully someone from there reads this and takes action.

Haven’t seen such unprofessionalism and lack of care for staff and clients at CTA. They will leave staff alone with all clients, which is not only very illegal, but dangerous to both staff and clients. They’re Human Resources for staff lacks all of the things REQUIRED to be a Human Resources agent, resulting in poor treatment of staff. A lot of these programs are state funded, CTA I’m sure is one of them, so it’s sad to see hard working tax money go to waste on a company like this. For those looking for a place for their child or loved one, look elsewhere. Utah is full of great programs like this, CTA Community is not one of them.
