CTI-Developmental Rehabilitative Services

I rarely need to contact the CTI-Developmental Rehabilitative Services office, as I have a phenomenal caseworker who is responsive and supportive. However, on the occasions when I do call the office, I often receive no answer or am unable to get basic assistance from the person answering the phone. This is disappointing, as not every question requires contacting my caseworker directly. Office responsiveness and staff support are a direct reflection of company leadership, and this is an area that needs improvement.

CTI is an amazing and diverse business! Definitely a 5 start business in Southbend and the surrounding areas.

This is my second time posting due to “ it could damage my company” I had a terrible experience with CTI. The lack of care from the company was evident from the start. They stereotyped me and made me feel extremely uneasy. Additionally, there was a clear breach of contract, which only added to the frustration. The owner was dismissive and did not address my concerns at all. I would not recommend CTI to anyone. This is just my experience dealing with this company. Also if you are a black male caregiver please be careful, they will put you into that “aggressive, dangerous” box if you complain too much. More over the clear neglect that my grandmother received was unacceptable and I believe intentional. When I complained for the 5th time the cut us from the program. Please do your research.

CTI has amazing employees. They truly do their best to meet the needs of every client.

CTI has been such a blessing for my family. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and so helpful with our needs. I really felt like they cared about us and helped us with the tools and resources we needed.

This is the best organization that I have come across. Their service is so good. Most of the employees are warm, friendly and very welcoming. There is a lot of team work. yes ! ! I would recommend them to other people.

This organization is not pleasant to work with in my experience. Calling their number leads you to a list of names and extensions, however if you don't know who you are calling for it does nothing for you. When I expressed this to an HR employee, who answered the extension I used to speak to someone, and how it would make it difficult for anyone calling for information she simply said "well that's why you would have a name you are calling to speak to" I explained I do not have a name only a service that I'm looking to get info on, and that the website does not provide a contact name either, so it seems to prevent people from speaking to anyone. Her only response was "Well you should have a name" So I ask... how is one expected to get a name?? Most unhelpful and unprofessional especially for a program that is geared towards helping those with disabilities. Will not recommend to clients.
