Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education - ABA Therapy for Autism

Unfortunately, I experienced what feels like a “bait and switch” from this company’s Family Lead Coordinator (B. Winder). During our initial conversations, I was explicitly told there was no waitlist, and that the only delay before beginning services would be the time it takes for insurance to approve. On that basis, I rushed to secure a referral and complete the intake process, only to then be informed that my daughter has in fact been placed on a six-month waitlist. It is deeply concerning and frankly unacceptable to request urgency on my end for insurance processing when accurate information about the waitlist was withheld. This misrepresentation was misleading and inconsiderate of my daughter’s needs, especially given the critical nature of timely services for children like her. Families deserve transparency, not obstacles created by inaccurate assurances.

I have had my daughter in several different ABA centers in Colorado Springs, and have had the BEST experience at Cultivate. From our initial walk through, initial assessment, and parent teaching conferences, Erin has been a pleasure to work with. She has superior knowledge in all aspects of my daughters care. In addition to behavioral therapy, she knows how to properly approach concerns in speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and imaginative play therapy. She coordinates with me often when implementing appropriate care plans, setting new goals, and when items from home are running low. I can’t thank you and your team enough for all of the hard work and dedication in influencing my daughter’s growth and development!!

Great and caring people are here! Very satisfied with the quality of personnel here with their interactions with our son with severe autism. From the outstanding leadership and management of Whitney to her caring and personable staff; we appreciated the opportunity of having our son here for many years. We trusted Cultivate with our son daily for the years he was there and can only say positive things about the professionalism, the personal ABA services provided and the excellent communication channels we have had from Whitney and her staff! Thank you for being there for our boy, and for us!

I love the team at cultivate. They have made my two kids feel so welcome and I feel very comfortable with the team taking care of them. They are eager to help families and have been so kind to us. I’m very thankful we have found them.

Great program. I was applying for a lot of jobs and not having any luck and ACI found my Resume and told me about their program it sounded like a great opportunity. My instructor for the A+ course was Ronald Clanton and he was a great instructor. He was very personable and used real life examples and his personal experience in IT to teach the material it made learing it fun.

I was worried to leave my young boy here but ACI have been nothing but fantastic. I wish we could stay here. Sarah Micklewright and her team have gone above and beyond the call of duty. My son has improved so much. He is happier and all around better in his behavior. I 100% reccomend this place. ACI learning centers has the best interest for your child. They truly work hard.
