I had a very disappointing experience with Dallas ABA Center. Communication was inconsistent and often unclear, which made it difficult to know what was happening or what to expect. Follow-through did not match what was initially discussed, and concerns were not addressed in a timely or effective way. Overall, the process felt disorganized and stressful. I would recommend families ask very specific questions and get everything in writing before moving forward.
