The first thing I noticed stepping into this space was how cozy and warm it was- perfect for a cold fall day! Cozy space, comforting massage and reiki session with a provider who truly took their time and ensured that I was as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend if you need a self care break in your life! Detail wise- her space is easy to find with ample parking, clear directions are emailed to you before the session.

The Reiki Ritual session with Cailee was exactly what I needed! It was the perfect combination of calming and healing. Cailee's whole presence instantly put me at ease and allowed me to easily let go of the strong feelings that I've been needing to release. I felt so safe to have any and all emotions freely. I'm so grateful to have her in our community! As far as logistics go: booking was easy, parking was plentiful, and directions to her studio were clear!

It is truly difficult to put into words how transformational my time with Cailee has been. Her gifts are unmatched and the fact that she combines them all into one beautiful session of massage, reiki, and coaching is just the ritual i've needed to bring into my life! It's not just the physical bodywork that I love and need from living an active life, but the spiritual, energetic, and mental release. My soul feels lighter, my mind more clear, and my energy less scattered. The best part--she gives me a little "homework" to continue to do the work on my own and that has made all the difference in how I continue to feel calm and present for life far beyond the session itself.
