As a person who is “living with” depression and anxiety I’ll recommend Kandice to everyone that will listen. She’s open and will push you. She may not always say what you want to hear but she will definitely tell you what you need to hear. She’s continuously helping me develop mechanisms to deal with my issues and ways to recognize my “bad days”. She’s encouraging and helps me to set manageable goals. Defining You Therapeutic Services has helped me cope in emotional skills and life challenges such as shyness and anxiety by providing me with tools to combat my issues. First I’d like to say as a person who was totally against therapy I must admit that my sessions with Mrs.Ross were well worth it and very eye opening into trauma I didn’t even realize I had.Her gift to get people to recognize and understand their mental and emotional stress and displacement is unparalleled. Mrs.Ross is a very engaged, encouraging, warm, and straight-forward therapist who is very capable of pulling you out of that dark place.I highly recommend using Mrs.Ross’ services as I have used them for the past few months and have also signed my 4 Children up as well whom recently just had their first session with her abs they look forward to coming back.
