We had a great experience a couple years ago! I've decided to write a review now because I just referred another friend to Delta and saw there were no reviews. My daughters doctor said the report was the most detailed she has ever seen. It helped her get all the services she needed! The only reason I've put 4 stars is that it took over 3 months to get the report. I think the doctor had personal things going on, but it sucked to wait that long. But other than that, the report was amazing. I ALWAYS recommend Delta! 😊

My review is about PHP. After a two week hospitalization I was transferred to do PHP here and let me tell you. DON’T DO IT HERE. I’ve been desperately needing contamination OCD treatment but all I could get was just INTERNS. NOT EVEN ASSOCIATES, INTERNS… just harassing me over coping skills only wanting to talk about SH/SI. They barely would knowledge that maybe why I was SH/SI WAS BECAUSE OF HOW BAD MY OCD IS!! They were all little 20 year olds mad that you would question them. You’d only get one real individual session but it would only be about the stupid daily check in page we’d have to do. Most of it was just a childish classroom setting. Maybe DBT is helpful to some but not to OCD patients, or well at least it’s not at all catered to OCD patients whatsoever. If you aren’t blindly accepting every word, they consider you a problem and refer you to residential.. which best part, they sent me to a residential that was SUPPOSED to be an OCD one but it wasn’t! They half asked researched on referrals and just shipped me to it. Now I’m back to having absolutely no services again because they discharged me immediately. As for the famous Paige Houser.. I.. actually have nothing positive or negative to say. Definitely is a straight to the point, clinical woman. Definitely a “we’re not friends”. Type. Definitely isn’t the most judgemental condescending person though, those are the intern “therapists” leading PHP sessions. Paige for me, got to the point, gave me my meds, and go. Very neutral. Clinical. Like the most. And yes; this place absolutely treats you like a drug addict. I regret following up with them for my outpatient plan, I just wanted to get out of the hospital... Not this. Go else where.

Don't listen to the negative reviews about Paige. She is a fantastic practitioner. I've been seeing her since 2019 and she has always been helpful, kind, attentive and truly listened to me. She is not rude by any means. She listens to all my symptoms, side effect issues and any problems im having with meds. I like Paige and enjoy having her as my med provider.

I have been her 2 times and saw Paige. I came in recently with so much anxiety and had not really slept for a few weeks. Paige was so kind and compassionate. I left there feeling a lot better. They got me in at a quick date. I would refer anyone I know to this facility.

The reviews about Paige are 100% correct. I was in the office with her as a new patient for less than 5 minutes and walked out. She was rude, unkind, and hostile. As someone who is supposed to be a “professional” with mental health clients she needs a reality check that talking to people like that who are suffering is not okay. The fact she has been getting reviews like this for over a year and hasn’t been removed from the company says a lot about Delta. DO NOT GO HERE. Especially not to Paige. The whole establishment treats you like a drug addict and is very unwelcoming. The contract you have to sign to be treated by Paige was also very restrictive and sketchy. I hope she reads these and considers becoming a better person for herself and her clients.

I have a great team here at Delta! Second tour and I plan to continue my mental and behavioral health growth with them as long as possible. They offer a Free class once a week so you can stay in the flow, even after you "graduate". They have Always been considerate of my needs, supportive of my goals...And they work seamlessly with my Insurance; where there's a will, there's a way! If you're looking for something familiar yet new; that next step after treatment, therapy or group...I Highly recommend Delta Behavioral Health.
