I had a good experience until recently. Nurse said my last appointment was January but it was march. Wouldn’t refill my medication even though bottle said 3 refills and even though I’m having withdrawals from what they gave me. All they can do is encourage you to go to the ER. They have their dates wrong and my doctor leaves different instructions to the nurses. Told me to follow up one month before I run out but told their nurse I was supposed to follow up in two weeks. This place is ridiculous and now I’m stuck having to quit cold turkey. Would NOT recommend for mental help. It’s only gotten worse since I’ve been here.
I found the staff willing & able to help when I reached out but encountered problems with a communication failure with their on Staff Nurse Practitioner, Julio Fermin. Julio was helpful & knowledgeable as long as I was willing to follow through with his treatment plan. He not only doesn’t respond to any challenge to his expertise and diagnosis but does not acknowledge my need for addressing my immediate concerns related to the challenges I was facing which didn’t align with his own priority of ongoing drug therapy . It was simply not a good fit for me. They were always courteous & respectful when I did interact with any of the staff :always over the phone due to covid-19
Very caring and helpful place.
Wonderful staff and a completely nice atmosphere, all good for anyone wanting to reach out, as these people are more than happy to lend both their hands at helping oneself.
