Denise and Amy are amazing!! We adopted our dog last March and had no insight as to his background and behavioral issues. I have had dogs my entire life, but not like this little guy!! Denise and Amy take a different, and very effective, method to dog training. I am a firm believer in you can't fix a problem until you get to the root of the problem. Understanding your dog, their breed, "their job", the type of environment they are most comfortable in, etc are key components of this program. I had a guest come to my house the other day and tell me they see a drastic change in my dog and his behavior! I owe the changes to Denise, Amy, and Everything Dog!!! I would highly recommend this program to everyone!!!
If I could give more stars to Everything Dog I would! We recently had to put our dear family dog of 17 years down, and decided to go forward and adopt a new puppy. And then…. A few months later, another dog. Turns out training puppies is NOT like riding a bicycle! I am not exaggerating when I say that Amy and Denise COMPLETELY changed our paradigm about dog behavior and psychology. Their bed side manner is comforting, approachable and thorough. They KNOW what they are talking about and you can see how much passion they have in helping you learn how to communicate and engage with your dog. It is a breath of fresh air to see trainers use techniques that are respectful for the dog and empowering to their owners. I am so so grateful I have had the experience to work with these dog whisperers and will continue to recommend them to all the dog owners out there.
Everything Dog NH is amazing. I cannot recommend Denise and Amy enough. Most recently, I worked with Amy on puppy Kindergarten. I learned so much in this 5 week course that I’m able to bring back and carry over at home. Amy is first and foremost a teacher. She understands human and dog nature and how the two combine. She meets both owners and dogs where they are at to tailor class to specific needs of the participants. She has extensive knowledge on how to teach dogs to be the best pets, and even better, she knows how to break concepts down to scaffold skills for the maximum success for dogs and owners. I will be attending more classes to continue my learning and can’t wait to work 1:1 for more individualized support. Thank you Everything Dog NH!
Amy Wiley s a great instructor. I just finished five sessions of Basic Manners class with my retriever mix puppy. Amy is top notch! Her classes are fun. She even takes us outside. Over the years, I have had several generations of dogs, so I have had quite a few different instructors. I loved how kind, respectful, and expert Denise is. My puppy and I made a lot of progress on his basic manners. It's great to be with other people and dogs and to have Denise coaching us the whole time. I highly recommend taking a class with Amy if you have a new or young dog.
Wonderful people! Amy makes classes fun and makes training concepts easy to understand. Highly recommend!!!!
Gus had a great experience with Everything Dog NH. We learned a lot! Sit and down on a hand signal. He has strong start to come when called, and stay. Great tips and personalized support. Amy is wonderful! Thanks so much for helping us build up the right rubber band balls. ❤️
My rescue dog Ember could be quite the terror outside in our yard. Her method of engaging in play was to charge me and nip and bite! It was magnified when my neighbor's dogs were out resulting in crazy zoomies! Not so bad with a little puppy or small dog but Ember was 2 yrs old and 50 lbs! Taking the course on aggressive behaviors gave me a new dog- it provided simple methods for us to follow. Denise also recommended we try scent work as Ember is a hound mix. She loves it and it's provided the mental stimulation she needed. I highly recommend this course to others!
My dog’s name is Max, he is a rescue. We adopted Max in February 2022 he was 12 wks. He is now 2 years old. He did not like to be picked up and was very skittish. He started to get aggressive when he met new people. I put him in a 4-week board and train program, and it was costly. At the time I thought it was worth it. I wanted the trainer to work on his aggression and jumping. At the end of the course Max was wearing an e-collar and muzzle. I hated to use the collar, but I was trained too. He never addressed the issue of aggression until the very last day. So, I was back at square one and frustrated. I wasn’t sure what to do, but I really needed to help Max and myself. I saw something on Facebook regarding a free webinar for aggressive dogs. I watched and listened to Denise’s presentation. I was very impressed with what she had to offer, but very leery because it was a virtual course. I didn’t know if I could do it. I have to say I am so glad I signed up. Denise and Amy are great to work with. Max no longer has an e-collar, and we are working on his aggression. The best part is I am learning every day about Max, and he is learning about me. He's learning how to trust me. I am learning how to show him he is safe, and everything is OK. They teach you how to know your dog. They give you ways to let your dog know that some behaviors are not acceptable and correct them in a positive way. You don’t have to traumatize your dog with an e-collar. I would highly recommend you contact Denise or Amy if you are having any type of issues with your dog. Don’t put it off, it’s important for your dog and you as an owner to be able to enjoy life together. Picture is Max on the day we adopted him and what he looks like today.
