DeNovo Center

My time in the DeNovo IOP was truly a blessing. I received so much support in a time when it was really needed. I am very thankful for the wonderful therapists I worked with and for the yoga instructor, Nathalie! I found that the inclusion of both mindfulness movement and art therapy made for my experience to be very well-rounded and I feel that the program was designed so that clients could really get the most out of it. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I wholeheartedly recommend the DeNovo Center to anyone seeking compassionate and effective support. Steph H went above and beyond in providing the support I needed, whether it was in group sessions, one-on-one sessions, or dealing with my very difficult insurance. It was my first group therapy experience, and although I was initially scared, it turned out to be far different from what I had imagined in the best possible way. I met incredible people who will forever be a part of my journey and have significantly impacted my life and who I am. I am forever grateful for Steph as well as the brave and wonderful group of people who were part of my experience. If I could have stayed forever, I would have. Thank you, to Steph, my groupies, and The DeNovo Center, for such a transformative and special experience.

If you are looking for a program that breaks the traditional and often strict nature of others then you have found the perfect place. I have been to other local options for IOP and have not found success or hope at them, and then I was told about Steph and the amazing staff at Denovo. This program is welcoming, effective, supportive, and I truly cannot say enough good things about everyone there. Thank you all for showing me hope even on the darkest days.
