I was adopted under 5. I have been trying for months to get a copy of my insurance form to file my taxes. I have yet to get ahold of ANYONE. And when i call my insurance? They tell me i have to call the dcf office. Im 30 years old, i should not have to deal with dcf anymore. Also they wont even talk to my mom about me. She remembers the whole sitation, i was too young and shouldnt have to go through this anymore.

I had a permanent voucher and they told me to get rid of it because they had a better one. I did and now I have not voucher at all for my disable son with autism. try several of times to call them they never get back to me, but open me a case with false accusations.

They get u arrested for nontrepassing n steal ur child n then get their butt chewed by the judge n put ur child in harm n my son loT 5lbs in 10days n still bothering me safety isn't an issue when doctors recommend it n they think they can use their power oh no u can't n I'll be flu g everything to make changes for the struggle of the moms n dads doing right n being attacked W no plan n then saying ur not doing anything we ask wat bcuz I do everything I recommended Get over it that u won't make money from my child.. This place is disgusting. If you want to make a complaint you get interrogated. The woman in intake is extremely rude. People who are trying to look out for childen should be appreciated not talked down to. Re-evaluate your staff.
