I called ahead of time because I was running a few minutes behind for my daughter appointment and I walked in and checked in . The lady at front desk was extremely awfully rude ! Telling me you know your late I said yes mam I spoke to someone on the phone and they said it was fine and how long I was gonna be late . This lady is extremely rude then she said I will go talk to the provider and she comes back and says it's going one a short visit mam but with attitude. If she doesn't like her job she doesn't have to be working ? Is this how you treat your patients?! I will be speaking to someone higher this is ridiculous.
