Feels like a family environment. Residents are happy and well-cared for.
If you have even the smallest shred of self respect it will be at the cost of your job. That leaves all the staff who are seated with your loved ones being those who are bitter and take it out on the clients. It’s nothing but top down abuse and it’s entirely the fault of incompetent, tyrannical management.
We are so impressed with the Staff and Management of Developmental Options. The staff is organized and good workers. They have adapted to our sons needs. We have great communication with the nurse, staff and management. Thank you for all you do for us and our son.

The clients are great. The manager really good. But I thought one of the staff was going to attack me. Also other staff makes you do most of the work. Very lazy. One kept falling asleep on the job. She's still there. Plus the one who is aggressive. Can't be trusted.
