worst place to work with you have to tell lies in order to get any help at all you pretty much have to be worthless and they have turned against my grandma and wont talk to her and pathways put me through danger at two guys house i stayed at and got tossed like a shoe im going to get out of the program and i think pathways is one sided people and im not dumb like the reports that they do whould not recommend this program to anyone and i whould not trust pathways or live in there homes there more like group homes Pathways is not a good place for kids like me

I was hired as a caregiver for Freedom Care several months ago. Autumn from developmental Pathways is the case manager for the lady I'll be working for. She has ignored ever single phone call. You can't leave a message due to her voicemail being full. She also ignores emails. I've been trying for a few months to finalize a care plan for my client. All the work has been done for her. All she needs to do is sign the papers. My client has been waiting for months to receive care. This shouldn't happen! How about Developmental Pathways makes Autumn wait several months for a paycheck like she is doing to me?! I bet she will do her job then! 🤔 Oh,btw Autumn's supervisor was contacted with no response. Also, that person's supervisor was also contacted with no response. Stay far far away from Development Pathways!
Developmental pathways is such a great organization, the people that work there are humble and human. They listen and guide you as to what will work for your family or child. I had a great experience with them 11 years ago and I never regretted looking for help from them for my child.
