DTA opening near me was the best thing that could have happened for my family. I have 2 children that go to DTA. My husband and I are absolutely grateful and happy with their services. Mrs. Jessica works with my two sons and they absolutely love her and look forward to seeing her. She is truly a professional and amazing at what she does! Very patient, creative and knowledgeable. She is always in a great mood. We fully trust her with our boys! I’ve seen so much improvement already! As a parent I feel reassured and heard regarding any concerns or goals that I would like my children to achieve. Everything was great until the energy shifted. Sending me a “nice nasty” email threatening to discharge my child because I needed time to process a major transition that this company forced on my family. My daughter struggles with transitions. You would think that a company that caters to the special needs community would know that. I guess one week during severe inclement weather was supposed to be enough time for my family to process this difficult transition. The “get over it and move on” energy was felt. You all dropped the ball when it came to professionalism and empathy.

We have loved Developmental Therapy Associates of Winston Salem! Mrs. Jessica is absolutely wonderful! She is thoughtful, encouraging, and very creative in how she teaches her patients. She makes everything a super fun experience, even when the task is difficult! We are so very thankful we found this place when we did. It was exactly what my 6 year old needed.
