Nothing g yet I'm experiencing a lawsuit settlement and the insurance company delaying my claim on purpose and hurting my wellbeing and lot of medical bills and insurance adjuster call my hospital at mayo clinic and tell me leave pain management no that so pose help my claim and further

Grievance took months to receive a response upon the policy stating 30 days. Took many months of my reaching out to receive that response as no one came to me. Received my response but the time frame this took was left unacknowledged. Not to mention how they broke their own policies. Shameful. Unacceptable. I fear for any others to go through anything similar. This is NOT what Disability Rights should ever be known for, yet it happened to me.

Good people doing good

They saved my son, provided legal support. Sat on Advisory board and worked at an Outreach and Training Coordinator. Position that I am most proud of in my adult life.

They are great, great staff with plenty of empathy. Dismiss negative comments written below, unfortunately, they were probably situations that were out of ream of ability and at that point they do referrals. Disability Rights is an option, not as the only one, there are other entities that offer resources, unfortunately not many, if you have issues don't blame the org do something and get involved and make sure that you get the people who will fight for your needs and wants into office, instead of writing negative comments that doesn't help.

I aree with Lori the place should be shut down. They collect information and do nothing to help you. Cathy Stinky should be avoided she is a liar and a fake. Don't waste your time.

This place is terrible the staff is rude, inconsiderate, incompetent and have absolutely no business dealings with anyone that's disabled. I myself have tried to get help with an extremely abusive situation I'm in and these fools do nothing but make sloppy excuses of why they don't want to work. If this group is funded through the taxpayers or non profit there should be examination for mismanagement and in my case they should be charged with reckless endangerment of safety as it has led to the homelessness, destruction, abuse and finacial ruin of a disabled transgender life.
