I am very disappointed with the services from this company. We waited a long time for an autism therapist for my child, but the teacher they sent had no experience. She came to our home without bringing any toys or teaching tools and spent much of the session texting on her phone instead of working with my child. In addition, the manager was very rude and showed up at our home without any appointment or prior notice. This experience has been very unprofessional and not supportive for families who need quality therapy services. As a result, we decided to terminate their services.

I would save your time and go somewhere else. Not worth the headache.

We worked with Discover Hope for almost 2 years, for my daughter who is ASD Non-Verbal. Starting ABA can feel very overwhelming and especially so if you are still wrapping your head around your child's diagnosis. Now all of a sudden you're welcoming strangers into your child's life and possibly your home. We were overwhelmed and scared and really just trying to find our footing when Discover Hope came into our lives. Their wonderful staff welcomed us and really helped put us at ease. They explained the ABA process and before we knew it, they became like family. We worked with some amazing people! Our supervisor and case manager were knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. They reply to emails, text, calls very timely and thoroughly. They will always make time for you. The BT's that came into our home everyday were respectful, and fun, and made beautiful connections with my daughter. I watched her blossom and heard her say her first words thanks to a hard working team. They helped me understand how we could better help our daughter even outside of sessions. They are there to help your child, but they are also there to help you help your child the best you can. It takes getting used to, but eventually it becomes a new normal. Discover Hope is a wonderful company who I felt truly cared about the progress of my daughter! I'm forever grateful to them.

My family had a wonderful experience with Discover Hope! The communication, patience, and support used by the social teachers helped my son develop skills to handle expected and unexpected experiences from everyday life. As a parent, I felt very supported and heard. I also loved having a team sit with me once a month and delve into all areas of my son. Working on goals, discussing achievements, and making plans to help my son manage and thrive.

This company is terrible. They definitely don't do what they're supposed to do. Money hungry.
