Discovery ABA Therapy

RUN !! my kid went through so many Rbt‘s. It was ridiculous.! The staff turnover is unbelievable so your kid never gets consistent therapy with the same person. You’re constantly changing staff so your kid never makes any progress whatsoever. They are very unorganized and probably due to the fact that they’re constantly have staff turnover. You never see the same people in that building. I would not suggest getting therapy from this place.!!!!

Please do not choose this company if you want to keep your child safe!!!!! Do your research on this company-i believe there reviews are fake bc prior to choosing this ABA Company-i saw a review from an employee that stated there services are in favor of the staff and not the client and it's so true! Management have nasty attitudes-if you have concerns-they will dismiss everything you say. My son started ABA Therapy with discovery on 10/16-well on 10/24 the technician dropped my son on his head from height and the tech and her supervisor claimed it was self injurious behavior which is a lie and my son's Pediatrician also stated that my son was droppe. Also, the therapist was late every day and didn't follow directions to well if asked not to do something me. I spoke with a supervisor about the issues with the tech and all the supervisor did was defend the staff's wrong doing. So I discontinued services with them and told them not to send the tech back. I will be filing a grievance/complaint with my son's Insurance.
