Discovery ABA Therapy

This place is awful, not only have o worked with them in the field, but I tried to give them a client gave them step by step instructions for a smooth transition. Sam did not contact the rbt and then blamed me even though I gave him the number on 7/23/24 and he said he would contact them. He never did. He said he was just too busy trying to find staff for 59 kids. I offered to help with the transition he was rude. Then he blocked me. Tells me it’s all about the quality and not quality.

This company is great! Their communication and timely replies paired with the genuine interest and care they have for the kiddos makes for a wonderful place!

David, Jerrick, Amanda and Kate have been providing services to my son for over 6 months. After four years at our previous group, we were apprehensive about starting anew. The move from out of state, finding new doctors and services. We thought we had fantastic service for our son previously but this team has repeatedly exceeded our expectations. Not only have they been there when our family was in true crisis with our son , they also vehemently and successfully battled my new insurance company who tried to take away our services. Each member of their team have impeccable communication, work very diligently and show great care for our son. Thank you all!
