SHADOW is a horrendous therapist. She doesn't listen, she keeps giving my daughter bad advice (making my daughter feel bad because she doesn't have plans for college at 15 years old) and she doesn't respect the fact that my daughter thinks differently. My daughter has come off the phone crying several times after speaking with Shadow. We tried getting another therapist and SHADOW blocked my daughter from getting a different therapist, so my daughter has no therapist now. What a horrible person. All for what? Because Shadow can't handle the rejection of a 15-year-old girl?

Our family is very grateful 🙏 to Diversus Health. They have gotten us through some hard times 🩵 from the death of my daughters father, to one of my adult children being on dialysis this last year. She felt comfortable with therapist. Therapist stated spoke slowly and she was easy to understand and was friendly and asked her questions instead of client do all the talking. My child looks forward to her meetings. She’s tells us she’s happy. We the family are so excited for her. Thank you so much for helping her blossom.

I’m highly disappointed that my doctor is leaving again, this is the third one in the six years I’ve gone here. Also the receptionist that checks me in is always super late in doing so even though we are made to be early for video appointments. My doctor however was the best very professional, polite, understanding, and made me feel as though my concerns and health were important. I hate to see him go but I wish him well and pray that their turnover rates will improve because I’m sick of explaining my entire life to strangers every 2 years
