Can't never get any to answer a simple question about how to apply for a waiver.when we do apply for a wavier in Arkansas the state employees would lost the paperwork and we would have to re apply and when that Timecomes we would have to take our austic son back to the doctor appointment for more shots and more metal health evaluations and so on .
