The girl that did the questions and answer to give to the person that prescribed my medication didn’t even say anything about me telling her that I couldn’t take the medication that I had been prescribed. It made me feel like I was trembling inside. This medication was for depression. I was also supposed to have gotten different medication for sleep. Didn’t get it. I will not be returning. Why would I. Very disappointed.

Huge shout out to Phone Nurse Lynn. She has been extremely supportive, helpful and understanding, and is wonderful at going above and beyond for my son. Thank you. I also want to give a huge thank you to Dr. McLeod. She has been super supportive and is interested in addressing all of my son's needs rather than just giving him a medicine and hoping for the best. She listens intently, cares about my concerns and hesitations, and offers solid options, screenings, assessments, and materials to help me navigate this journey with my son effectively. Thank you. Jennifer, who is the last person I had contact with concerning medicine, was professional, courteous, and kind in helping me navigate insurance hurdles, PAs, and never made me feel like a bother. Thank you. I cannot thank you all enough for what you have done so far for me, and thank you all so much for your patience, understanding, and time, and I sincerely appreciate all of you.

I absolutely love phone nurse Lynn, who is always so helpful with my many questions and truly cares to get problems solved. She went out of her way to help me resolve an issue with my pharmacy and she absolutely did not have to do that. She saved me a headache and a half, and I’m truly beyond grateful for her help!

Pitiful service! Patient portal is not customer friendly, staff is uncooperative and all they will do for you is reschedule your appointment when it took two hours to get here. I have been a patient here for seventeen years and they treated me like I just walked in off the street. There are no new psychiatrist here just nurse practitioners and when you have EPS you need to see a doctor not a nurse. I can honestly say that this behavioral medicine clinic has hit rock bottom in patient care!

I normally never leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience. I recently visited this clinic and unfortunately left feeling very discouraged. I've had two appointments so far and the nurse practitioner who was seeing me made me feel unheard and, at times, like an inconvenience. She didn’t take the time to understand why I was there or ask meaningful questions about what brought me in, which left the appointment feeling rushed and dismissive. I understand healthcare providers are busy, but the tone and lack of communication were surprising and disappointing, especially during a visit where clarity and support are really important. I think that’s what made this visit so difficult. When I'm already anxious about seeking help, an experience like this only reinforces why people hesitate to reach out in the first place. I left feeling worse than when I walked in, and that was really disappointing. On a positive note, her assistant was incredibly kind and professional, and I appreciated the way she interacted with me. She was the only part of the experience that felt welcoming. I’m sharing this in hopes that future patients feel more supported and listened to than I did. I truly wish my experience had been different.

I’ve been calling and calling and calling and even left voice message with all my info and I still haven’t gotten anything back. This clinic is a joke when it comes down to professionalism. My first appointment they sent me emails about my appointment and told me there would be a $50 fee for no shows. Their emails had no number or address so I had to call around and google to even get a number all so they don’t pick up. I had to go up there just to talk to someone. This place just feels like a scam. I’ve never given a review to a doctor’s office ever because I get things can get tough but this is an actual joke. This is peoples lives you are messing with.

Phone nurse Lynn- can’t say enough wonderful things about her. Paitient, kind, understanding and helpful! 👏👏👏👏👏👏 please make sure she sees this and gets the recognition she deserves!!!

Yesterday was the 2nd time I saw this NP. I tried to explain to her which medications work for me and which ones do not & that I am in recovery. She dismissed me to say that I need therapy. I stated, I am aware of that bur cannot afford until my insurance changes in 1-1-26. She asked if I could pass a drug test; I stated yes. Then said it would be 50 dollars at Flowers. I said why can’t we do one here? She said No lab. I can’t afford it. Thank GOD I have a few 24 hrs under my belt. What a nasty way to dismiss someone. And you wonder why we as addicts hate ourselves - it’s because of situations like that. No matter what we are scrutinized. Even though, with my recovery, I have barriers in place to avoid these kind of things. But damn, you want me to lie like everyone else? I am not responsible for my disease of addiction but I am responsible for my recovery. I refuse to lay down. I will work recovery until the day I die. And again I will rise above this situation. Shame on her

I’ve been a patient here for a while, the clinic staff have always been friendly and helpful, but recently there was an issue with my insurance and Ms Lynn saved the day, got everything sent where it needed to be and coordinated with the pharmacy for me. I spoke with her before going into class and got a call from her as I was walking out to tell me everything was sorted. This is the fastest any problem with my medication has ever been resolved. Lynn is awesome!
