Good ole Dougie changed my life.I was referred to him by mercy psych ward after a short stay and man I started therapy at 23-24 for about 5 years or so im 33 now.I would not have been able to heal my childhood trauma without his wisdom and experience.He was heaven sent.Im so grateful for him.I wish him nothing but the best for the rest of his days and beyond.My children have a mentally happy,emotionally stable mom because of him.Thanks Doug much love 💛 From Janessa
I went to Doug in Humboldt when I was about 20 years old. He met my parents who have now passed, but he reminded them of things that caused some of my depression which included their behavior or being gone to much from me. Doug is a good listener and gave good advice. Thanks, Doug!
The worst therapy experience of my life. I’ve worked in the mental health field for 20 years and I’ve never in my life been so blown away by a therapist and their inappropriate therapy style. From swearing in the sessions with my 15 year old son and I to inappropriately attempting to have me do EMDR without being certified in the practice, not taking the appropriate sourcing steps, and making me look like a fool in front of my son. Unhelpful, unprofessional, 0 stars, do not recommend.
