Shawna is a phenomenal clinician that has helped our family tremendously throughout our son’s time with her. She has helped him navigate social and emotional changes and gave him the tools he needs to communicate more effectively and to help self-regulate. Ms. Shawna and the Douglas County Child Therapy clinic is amazing. My three girls have been meeting with Ms. Shawna regularly for well over a year. Shawna Bernath has worked with my child for a year and has helped our family a great deal. She is excellent at establishing a connection with kids.
