I haven't encountered any issues here. I have tried a few places. Dr. Bunt is patient and understanding and right on target to help you. No place is perfect but the staff is friendly and caring. I have tried a few places in this area and Dr. Bunt by far is the best.

I struggled with finding the right psychiatrist that would diagnose me correctly and help sort out my issues. The last Dr. I had seen just saw me for 5 minutes and I paid a $65 copay in which she had given the wrong diagnosis and was treating me with the wrong medications. I am now finally (well starting 3 yrs ago) going to Dr. Bunts office after my sister who also sees Dr. Bunt suggested him. I see Susan who when I first went there and met Susan, she spoke to me for like 90 minutes asking me all questions about my life and struggles. Then I did see Dr. Bunt who also listened to me with my issues. Susan and Dr. Bunt went over the symptoms and found the correct diagnosis finally. Susan put me on the right medications and I have now for 3 yrs been doing great. I do see Susan each time that I go there and she is great. I have never had any issues with the staff and they are so pleasant to speak with. I never have to wait for a call back as they will return my call pretty much right away. I thank Dr. Bunts office for giving me the right directions in getting the help I needed. I would definitely suggest his office to anyone!!

I’m not a patient I’m an added issue, as if anyone with phycological issues has enough to deal with, reaching out and asking for help to then be told I’m being compromised with and “fit in” to the schedule after months of attempting to get help and being told they can’t work with my schedule. The Dr. said one thing but staff can’t take direction even the other practitioner made wiggle room for me so she didn’t have to inconvenience her day... MONTHS from now! If you need mental assistance find somewhere that actually wants to help and not make you an inconvenience just for having an unknown imbalance.

my advice dont go here... find a less money hungry doctor... they charge you 75$ to cancel an appointment if i could do less than one star i would, update: after leaving my review my next appointment the office manager pulled me aside and asked me question about this review...i explained to her my frustration with them and since then they have been putting effort into work on the issues.

Ive been to a few therapists over the years; this is the first time that we got to the root of some my problems. Deborah seems to know what questions to ask and solutions or examples of how I could make changes in myself or my life to overcome some of my problems. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this practice to anyone that needs help putting the pieces back together in their lives.

I am extremely pleased with the care I have received! Gloria Johnson is very professional, caring and helpful! This is the first psychiatric office that wants to give me tools to manage my condition instead of just being a prescription writer. Dr. Bunt is extremely knowledgeable and cares. I completely recommend them.

I was being treated for a personality disorder as well as ADHD. Common behavior for both are not remembering thing's, missing appts, etc. I was charged $75 for each missed appt. regardless of if it was their error and not mine. I made payments and cleared it and then missed more appts. The billing manager called me and was incredibly rude. I told her that I had made an agreement with the office manager who's EXACT WORDS were, 'You can pay $5 a visit until it's paid off as long as you're paying something.' The billing manager proceeded to argue with me and told me that if I didn't pay it by my next appointment the following week that I would need to cancel my appointment. Absolutely NOT, you can't refuse to treat a patient with ongoing psychiatric diagnoses and taking psychiatric medication. I told her that I would not cancel my appointment but that I'd make the payment that day. She continued to argue with me and I informed her that the only way that I can be refused treatment is if I were to be discharged from the practice and even then I still am allowed a minimum of 30 day's continued care until I can locate another provider. Fast forward 3 day's, I was sent a discharge letter non certified. I was being discharged by Dr. Bunt (who wasn't even my provider) for missed or cancelled appointments that I'd been counseled about on multiple occasions. I'm sorry, what? First off, the letter of discharge offered ZERO continued care until I was able to locate another provider. Secondly, I was NEVER counseled about missing appointment's but I'm assuming it's because they were getting $75 each time. Thirdly, my provider's weren't even notified that I was discharged because my provider messaged me the next week telling me she had an opening if I wanted it and when I responded and told her what happened she apologized and said she had NO IDEA. Now WHY would my provider reach out to me to set an appointment if it's supposedly my provider that's 'counseled and discharged' me? She wouldn't, because she had nothing to do with it and had no knowledge of it. Long story short I think the billing manager signed the letter of discharge (or lied to the doctor that didn't treat me) because she wasn't appreciative of the fact that I was informed on patient's rights and I am fairly certain it wasn't sent certified return receipt because she was hiding what she did. The provider's that I saw are fabulous but the billing department is rude and uneducated in regards to the legalities of what's required when discharging a patient. Rest assured that they're going to end up in a lawsuit for abandonment if they continue to allow the billing department to dictate medical decisions.

Never been to a psychiatrist and was pretty nervous. The first person to see me (Tamara?) was super nice and calmed my nerves. The nurse practitioner was also very nice and understanding (Julie or Judy?). My actual visit with Dr. Bunt was very brief, but by that time I had most of my questions answered. Can't wait to start talk therapy!
