Absolutely love the staff! They are always welcoming, kind and caring! The counselors are amazing they take the time to listen, and give you back positive solutions, but you do it together! Thanks again Dragonfly, you help me learn to find and love the real sober me!

Do not come here for any reason other than to be taken advantage of.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Impossible to schedule an appointment. Dave texted me to get my daughter on the books. I asked him any day after 3. He said next availability would be November 27th. On Thanksgiving. He said misty is only available every other Thursday. So I told him to put me on the schedule for December 11th which he confirmed was open. Then he told me he cannot schedule that far out. I have never heard of a clinic not being able to schedule a few weeks out. He told me he doesn’t “typically” schedule that far out because of no shows. So I asked him when I can call to secure the 11th. He texted back and said even if I called next week he can’t guarantee that the day will be open. So if someone else were to schedule it they can. But for some reason he wouldn’t allow me to schedule it. It sounds like they are open holidays though so they have that going for them. I wouldn’t waste your time with this clinic. Unless you’re able to get in on a holiday. I did text back and told him to go ahead and put my daughter down for Thanksgiving day and he never responded back.

I was told to be there at 4 pm and if I haven't done my paperwork then to be there at 3:45 pm. I showed up at 4 pm and they denied me even though my paperwork was done. When I asked them what I should do they said to find a different facility. They obviously dont care about people.

I felt like they weren't honest and didn't handle my situation with integrity. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience." I haven't used drugs in over 14 years and I was honest about that and in my evaluation they recommended that I went back to treatment a complete joke if you ask me

Extremely poor communication skills from this establishment. No follow up, no call back. Had to beg for information that I was still never supplied with. Cycles through people like cattle here. Coming from someone in the industry I have now heard from multiple people of position say to stay away from here. On behalf of my client who transferred from here, I couldn’t dissuade people enough from going here. Extremely frustrating and disappointed people are putting their mental health in these people’s hands.

Don't go here, if you actually want help find somewhere that actually wants to help you. Their evaluation tactics are a joke, they don't take their jobs or our recovery seriously. They are more worried about how much money is going in their pockets. They use cheap print outs for the workbooks that you could get on the internet for free and charge an excessive amount, frequently end sessions early, and will make you feel like you are worse off than you are. Dragonfly is a joke, if you seriously want help this isn't the place to get it. They are greedy, unhelpful, and have actually pushed people INTO relapse. PLEASE AVOID THEM. Edit: There is a huge difference between glorifying/romanticizing past experiences and simply talking about past experiences and how they affected me as a person and changed my beliefs. I never actively 'glorified' my past, I simply spoke on my experiences and beliefs.

I am going here presently and the 2stars go to the consolers.My issue with this place is them saying I owe them 240 dollars.I pay cash every visit.I am trying to figure how to resolve this matter without.going to court. They never gave me any receipts for cash taken (poor business practice)If I have to go to court and have a lawyer suppenia the cash in on days I attended I will.Always ask for the receipt they don’t give unless you ask and if receptionist doesn’t log it you might have a problem that threatens your progress.Hopefully I get a response. From someone other than a clerk who never gave me a receipt.
