My son visited this evening Dublin Close to home after a week spent attempting to remove a splinter with at home methods- no luck and off we went into this urgent care without hesitation. We had no wait and was processed in less than 5 mins. I can't thank the team enough for their professionalism from the front desk team, compassion and attentiveness to my son while he was in one of the worst discomforts he's experienced as a 7 year old. I want to give a huge thank you to Douglas- who sat down and created the best environment for our son and gave the most compassionate care with the upmost professionalism. You can't just walk in somewhere and guarantee you get the best care but Douglas proved that if he's in the building your child will be given the care that anyone deserves. I couldn't thank him enough because after more than 35 mins in the room -he got him numbed up and got it removed within minutes. My son is now at home running around as if this whole week did not happen....and that I'm forever thankful for. Please know Douglas- you are a true gem and I hope your boss knows how lucky they are to have someone like you in the field and with Nationwide. You will definitely bring us back if needed for urgent care just for the care you gave my son.
We had a great experience here!!! Miss Christy got our little girl crawling, standing and walking! Now she is in ballet and gymnastics! They give quality care and take their time to teach you what you can do at home too. I would recommend this place to anyone!
We have had all great experiences here. We have worked with Kelly, Kristi & Rachel and they have all been absolutely amazing and helped my daughters so much, and are great at explaining concerns to parents and giving the right tools & information to work on things at home. Highly recommend!!
