This clinic is extremely client focused and they put much care into providing quality services. They invest in their technicians which adds to the ability to create a warm and fun environment for clients each day. EAS-Vestavia is truly a place of all around excellence.

They pick and choose what families to accept into the program. Upon a tour and first visit with my son, they documented some things as if they had been seeing him for quite some time. I voiced how I didnt approve and they told me they were going with another family. After getting a referral from a new Dr, the director, Bryce emails me and says that my son cannot attend due to many "cancellations." When in actuality the people at this place never follow up. I've learned these Autistic programs in Birmingham area are only interested in more funding not the best interest of Autisitic kids at all. Waste of Two years of trying to get my son help. Horrible.

EAS can do better with organization, consistency, and safety. My son has three permanent scars from “carpet burns”. They need cameras.

From heroes to zeroes! We have been a client for well over a year now and I can not say enough good things about EAS, its staff and their programs. They are all very courteous and professional. I am absolutely delighted with the results ABA at home is yielding. Highly recommend! --------------------------------- The above was my review up until about two months ago. As of now the company is rated at 1 STAR given they do not have the clients best interest in mind and you can clearly tell whey are no longer client driven!

Please don’t waste your time with this place. We’ve been on the waiting list for over a month after I sent them everything they asked for. All of a sudden, the intake specialist emailed me today to let me know that we are being refused services due to my home address being too far away. Would have been nice to know that at the start of such a rule even exists

I usually don't write reviews, but I am so frustrated by EAS ( Vestavia Hills, AL location), I had to say something. The communication and follow through at this place is awful. There are many times you can call and no one picks up the phone. You have to chase management down to get information on your child. They are not helpful when you ask for help. They ignore your phone calls and emails without a thought. They no longer have a corporate office, so there is no one to talk to that can correct this lack of customer service. My daughter attended for two years, after they get all the money they can get out of your insurance company, don't think about asking them for anything regarding your child. They couldn't care less. Even if they promise to help you, don't believe them, because they won't follow through. I requested some information that is needed for my daughter to receive need services. I was told I would receive the information in 3 days. I didn't receive it. I called several times and ask for the manager, Hope to respond, she never did. I had to call an E.A.S in different state to get assistance. The person named Alex said that she spoke to Krishonna and Hope (management), and they would provide the information for me in 2 weeks. It has been three weeks today, and I still haven't received the information or a phone call to give me an update. I emailed both Krishonna and Hope and neither person responded. If you send your child here expect to be treated like you nor your child matter, just your payment from the insurance company.
