Early Bird Pediatric Therapy

I love the staff. My son was having a hard time and now he gets along with everyone, he is learning very fast! The waiting area is always very clean and same goes for where the kids take their section with each therapist, is clean organized and the janitors are always cleaning and disinfecting the areas and toys one by one! I highly recommend this location to other parents

Took my daughter to check the place out. Lady behind the window acted like she didn't even want us there. Kept saying it would be a month before we could get scheduled. I didn't even tell her the referral was good for 50 visits and would be a post op. She was a horrible representative of the business so we left IMMEDIATELY!

Worst ABA therapy services, they don't have experience, they don't call you 24 hours before cancellations. My kids had a big regression after 2 weeks of therapy. Procedures are bad and bcba was not on supervision.

This place is an absolute joke. Office manager Abbi was so rude to me and you can hear how she mistreats her coworkers from the other side of the window. Thank goodness they got rid of her for the short period of time. I also spoke to various people from corporate and they were so unprofessional. Therapists were so nice, my son takes behavioral and they are so so nice and he loves going. But unfortunately this place NEEDS to be shut down. I’m surprised it’s still running with such low ratings on every website. Please do not take your kids here, very very unprofessional.

Absolutely hands down the best therapy facility I have ever experienced. The staff has always been extremely kind, friendly, and thorough. Leslie worked wonderfully with my son. She always communicated with us after each session. We are sad to be leaving but so grateful for Early Bird! Thank you all so very much! We will miss you!

Definitely needs better hire up management and communication skills, towards customers and staff overall.

Best place ever! My daughter has been with them for almost a year and she’s made a huge improvement.
