My son got sent to the early bird therapy but me just looking at the reviews I decided to change them to the Rio grande therapy on Trenton mountain Way better place way better reviews
I love the staff. My son was having a hard time and now he gets along with everyone, he is learning very fast! The waiting area is always very clean and same goes for where the kids take their section with each therapist, is clean organized and the janitors are always cleaning and disinfecting the areas and toys one by one! I highly recommend this location to other parents
Took my daughter to check the place out. Lady behind the window acted like she didn't even want us there. Kept saying it would be a month before we could get scheduled. I didn't even tell her the referral was good for 50 visits and would be a post op. She was a horrible representative of the business so we left IMMEDIATELY!
I'm surprised with all the reviews. They have been doing great! The receptionists adjust the schedules for me all fast! My kids are talking more than before. The therapists are very kind and understanding. Even the location before it was moved ,behind Ernies cafe, was great!
Don’t waste your time here! Scheduling is a nightmare… multiple calls and emails with zero follow up. Finally reached someone only to be told there’s a waitlist.
Worst ABA therapy services, they don't have experience, they don't call you 24 hours before cancellations. My kids had a big regression after 2 weeks of therapy. Procedures are bad and bcba was not on supervision.
