Great place.

My son has been going here for over a year now and has completely blossomed! The staff is so loving to all of the children there. They work with me when I need to move things around. We love EICS.

Therapist are good but the whole dynamic of the place, manager included is TERRIBLE!! They are great with kids but Terrible with anything to do outside of speaking with or dealing with a child.

I brought my son here for feeding therapy and his therapist was very sweet and did her best. My complaint is mostly with the office and billing. At no point was I informed that my son's appointments were no longer being covered by out insurance and only going towards our deductible. Luckily he was only seen twice before I pulled him out because it was just ineffective. But it cost me 260 for 2 visits and I was never informed that insurance was not covering and how much appointments would cost. I called billing and while she sounded sympathetic she made no attempts to even rectify the problem. So make sure you speak to them directly before each appointment to ensure your visits are covered or you'll get a surprise bill.

I’ve been wanting to review EICS for a while now but kept forgetting. I stumbled across a few pictures in my son’s room of him and his therapists and thought it would be a good time to do so. My son attended EICS from late 2015 to 2017. I cannot say enough great things about this establishment! The staff is great and more importantly CARING. When my wife and I had to pull him out due to relocating to another state, we actually got a little emotional because he loved it there so much. I would recommend EICS to anyone who asks. I hope all of you are doing well. God Bless each and everyone at EICS. You’ve definitely made a difference in my son’s life.

We love this place! I have three kids who go here one who has Down syndrome. They are in speech ot and pt My kids love the environment and everyone there. They always go above and beyond for our kids. Each of our kids have accomplished so much since we started here and continue to reach new goals with the help of their therapist. Recommend this place for sure!
