Comprehensive ABA therapy services tailored to your needs
Be prepared to get ignored when you only want the best for your child! I sent out a email requesting a new therapist for my son being that the one he has is extremely busy. She is amazing, however my child needs a SET schedule out of a whole month he was only seen ONCE. I sent a email requesting a change and haven’t heard nothing ! Also his therapist who is STILL ASSIGNED to him is still doing NO SHOWS! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I wouldn’t recommend this place to no other parent.
Early steps is a great early intervention service. I used them with my son. I work in early childhood field, I often refer parents to contact Early Steps. They have so many helpful resources, they work with you to make your child reach their developmental milestones. ♥️
Would appreciate if someone could answer the phone
I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. BEEN WAITING 6 MONTHS FOR THERAPY FOR THEM TO TELL ME THERES NO ONE FOR THE AREA. Um maybe try spreading people out????!!! THIS IS TALLAHASSEE NOT MIAMI OR A BIG CITY. JUST AWFUL!
Early intervention is FUNDAMENTAL for kids with a delay! This program does not take their purpose serious enough! So DISAPPOINTED that I’ve been trying to contact them for four weeks leaving voicemails and sending emails but not hearing back. Will update my review if I ever hear back from them. UPDATE They have contacted me. Still waiting for an evaluation. Started trying to contact them since April and the appointment is for the end of July. 2nd UPDATE Evaluation was July 30th, is now OCT 9th and it seems like we’re finally gonna start early intervention.
My pediatrician sent out a referral to Early Steps to get my son to see a Speech Therapist. I received a call the following day from Early Steps and they took down my information. She told me that a Speech Therapist and a Coordinator would send me an email with a Zoom link soon. It had been three days and I received no email so I thought maybe they accidentally wrote down my email incorrectly. I spent hours trying to get a hold of Early Steps. A woman named Alexis from the front office finally answered the phone. Alexis was extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. I explained to her my situation and politely asked questions. She took an aggressive and combative tone almost immediately and basically told me she couldn't help me and there was no one I could reach out to for help. This left a bad taste in mouth and I will be looking for a different Speech Therapy program for my son.
