Since Shannon been gone the service Bern horrible I'm lost she went beyond the call of duty return phones she's just unmatched the people who have southeast Ga is horrible 😭 every person I referred be calling me asking me do they reach back out to me Tgey do and don't always out the office it's a great program but since Shannon gone the communication is Horrible

Easterseals is great organization. They provide services and supplies for intellectual and developmental disabled individuals.

Wonderful staff

I live in the same town as one of the Easter Seals Residential properties. I often run into Easter Seal staff and consumers in this small town. The staff is always so friendly and takes an active part in the resident's lives. The ladies that are resident's are always happy and seem to be very well taken care of.

Easter Seals of Southern georgia is one of the best organizations out there when it comes to caring for your family. They helped my family out in so many ways, always considerate, and willing to go that extra mile to do whatever they can for your loved one! I honestly cannot say enough good things about them!

Easter seals Albany Georgia is the worst. Not only did my brother almost die while in their care. They gave the family a letter saying they could no longer be of service to him while he was on life support fighting for his life. Now we are in the process of trying to find him somewhere to stay because they are closing down the site where he lives. We were only given thirty days to try and find somewhere else for him to stay. They are very inconsiderate and don't like being held accountable. They deserve NO STARS! If you are looking for a place for your loved ones this is most definitely not the place. We are just finding out that my brother name wasn't even on the lease but he has been paying bills there the whole time. We are finding this out four days before he has to be out. So basically he has been paying bills somewhere that he wasn't legally staying. This place is the worst of the worst.
