My son’s pediatrician sent a referral the first week of January, I received a message January 7 stating it had been received and will be in review. I called each week to see if his referral had been accepted or denied. Today when I called, I was told he was denied because he was diagnosed ADHD by a Neuropsychologist instead of their clinic. He was diagnosed ADHD by a Neuropsychologist because of an upcoming surgery on his brain. A diagnosis is a diagnosis and follows a person no matter where they go. It sounds like a complete scam. This place wasted an entire month while I could have been on a waiting list somewhere else. I wouldn’t have faith in this office since they cherry pick who they decide to treat.
If anyone is looking for a place to get your child evaluated go to Eastern Shores Developmental office in Daphne, AL. They are so friendly and super great with the children

Dr Wiggins listened to everything I had to say and all my concerns. The staff is very nice. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed she was amazing!!

Very professional and caring group. My son has only been once but has asked daily to go back because he enjoyed it so much. That is high praise from a 7 year old.
These people are not kind when you call to see if they can help your child the lady at the front desk is cold and unkind I wouldn’t want to take my son to a place like that anyway my son is 16 Autistic they stop seeing them at twelve wow let’s just give up on them at twelve!
