Eastern Therapy PT, OT & Speech

My son has been coming here for a few months now and he loves it! We love the staff. Everybody is just so incredibly nice and sweet. My son has Sue for OT and he just loves her. She is the sweetest and so patient with him. Then we go to Megan for Speech and she does so good with him too. She’s very patient when my son has a meltdown. We have also seen Sam and she’s so nice and fun! The receptionists are both super friendly and always have a smile for us when we walk into the door. We always feel so welcome when we come to the office. I cannot say enough how sweet the entire staff is. Thank you for working so hard for us!

Update! My son has graduated from speech today after a year of being in it! I am truly thankful for Erin and Lauren helping him! He has come a long way; from only saying two words to now has the ability to use context with his words! I also want to thank the front desk staff for all the help with trying to make sure my boys are able to go together for their appointments. My youngest son has recently been seeing Sarah and Caitlin for pt and they are so good with him and he loves seeing them! My son has been going here for months for speech and OT and he loves Erin, Lauren and Sue! They do so well with him. Every time he sees them he gets so excited!!!! I highly recommend your kid going here!!!!

Prompt, knowledgeable and efficient

My husband began physical therapy with Caitlyn back in the spring of 2025 and she was so very compassionate with his situation and worked very hard to help him gain some function after a tragic incident left his complete left side almost useless. Her care was more than just PT but emotional care as well. My Therapist is the newest member Sarah who was assigned me because of my shoulder issues. Turned out I needed surgery and Sarah took such good care of me during my pre-op PT sessions which would make my post-op therapy much easier. She is not only a wonderful therapist but is a wonderful person who doesn’t mind listening when I come in upset over something and crying. She is wonderful with her work and makes me feel like a friend and not just a client. The staff up front are absolutely wonderful and give me love and support and words of encouragement when they see me struggling. I have never been anywhere for PT where the people have been so kind and treat me as a friend. I used to go to Emerge Ortho for PT but quit going because I didn’t receive the one on one care that I thought I deserved and wasn’t being watched to see if I was doing my exercises properly as I had surgery on my shoulder in 2021 and was sent there for PT. When I saw the way my husband was being treated at Eastern Therapy I informed my orthopedist that I wanted to be sent there for my PT and I thank heaven everyday I did that!! I am still in therapy but never once dread going instead I look forward to it as I feel like I am going to visit family! There are so many wonderful things I could say about each and everyone of these wonderful people but you just have to go and experience it for yourself!!! If you ever need any type of PT PLEASE use Eastern Therapy as you will never be sorry!!! Thank you my special friends at Eastern Therapy! Miss Barbara

My son has been going here for almost a year and I have noticed a great improvement with his speech thanks to Erin and Lauren! He has also been going to OT with Sue and he has also improved a lot! He loves coming here and gets so excited every time he sees them. I can’t wait to see how much more they can help him learn!! I highly recommend bringing your kids here!!!!!

My 4 year old has been receiving speech therapy for the past several months with Lauren. My daughter loves Lauren and has connected with her well. I’ve seen significant improvement in my daughter’s speech since her initial evaluation. I’ve been a PTA for 13 years so I’m very familiar with the outpatient therapy world and I’ve been impressed with the professionalism and kindness I’ve seen a cross the board at this facility. I would certainly recommend them to family and friends.

Kaitlin has been my Pt for the past several weeks after I’ve had extensive spine surgery. I think she’s amazing with her ability to challenge me while also being compassionate. She’s extremely knowledgeable about my multiple conditions and has been a wonderful coach throughout a difficult recovery.
