I especially want to thank Nordia Roman, my first case coordinator at Early Steps. She is an excellent person, a quality worker who cares about people and I could say a thousand more things about her. Without really knowing me, she gave me the support that I needed at that time. Unfortunately, they assigned me to someone else because I was not in their area. It was terrible and frustrating because the other person did not really care about anything. But thanks to Nordia, who was always there, despite not being my coordinator anymore, she continued to support me until they assigned me another one. Which was good. Thank you, Aubrie Sutton, my last coordinator, for finishing this program in a pleasant way… Thank you to all those people (Therapists) who really helped me and my baby. Sometimes the process is frustrating but never give up… Thank you all…

Got a referral for early steps for my son for his speech delay and the lady that that they sent out to my house seemed friendly at first however as Time passed on she was became very unprofessional I honestly thought that for her it was just a job like she didn't really care didn't have a real interest or passion for helping kids she purposely miss a appointment one time and then now strangely couldn't come back to work and they were going to switch over to virtual visits and I accept to sign up for it in she told me that she would send over the link so that I could sign up and she NEVER did smh pathetic!

Great place. The therapist they are sending to my house is in the process of helping my son and his progressing Thank you

I went to Early Steps because obviously I’m noticing a delay with my child when I first walked in things seemed promising until my appointment was 30 minutes late. I understand things happen but I had another appointment I had to be at by 12:40, which is why I arrived on time. I am not sure who this person is that works within the staff but she kept coming out and making comments about my child comments like wow he really can’t focus or wow he really can’t read or wow he can’t even look at that book , let’s take out me being a “mama bear” and being offended and just say there are ways to go about saying things without offending someone. This was not even the person who does the clinical evaluation. I felt like my child was being judged, it was an awful feeling. I am concerned as it is. I will just go through Fiddlers in a couple of months.

Awesome staff. No complaints so far.
