The African American Receptionist in the front is very very rude. She has the worst attitude and deserves to be fired . I’m sure she has many complaints. I will take this higher and higher until she is fired she is a disgrace to your company . This is a place of business with injured people mentally and physically not a place where attitude should be tolerated from employees . Please fix the issue your lose many more customers . I don’t recommend here because of her but the PT therapists are the best !!!!!!

This is my 2nd time coming for therapy. I love the awesome staff and I always feel better when I leave.

ITS A DISAPPOINTMENT. POOR COSTUMER SERVICE. ITS FARSE. ITS A HORROR STORY. ITS A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE. THEY SPEND A LOT OF MONEY ON COGNATIVE SERVICES. BUT THEY DONT REALLY NEED ALL OF IT. A SIMPLE ROAD TEST WOULD BE SUFFICIENT TO REVIEW THE APPLICANTS QUALIFICATIONS. ITS A TERRIBLE PLACE. THEY GET UNCESSARY DONATIONS AND THEY SPEND THE MONEY ON USELESS TOOLS THAT THEY SAID ARE NECESSARY . ANOTHER PLACE TO GO FOR A REVIEW AND EVALUATION IS THE STATE OF CONN. DRIVER SERVICES. AND ITS FREE FREE.

A family member had a driver's eval with one of the OTs. The eval was thorough and appropriate. The OT was kind and professional. The results of the cognitive evaluation indicated that a road test was not necessary. Due to the deficits identified, a road test could have ended in tragedy. It was helpful to have test results to inform the need for the family member to stop driving rather than just our opinions. The time spent and the cost of the eval was definitely worth it.
