Comprehensive ABA therapy services tailored to your needs
I have gone to ETC for years and it has always been a positive experience; working through trauma is such a personal and difficult thing to do and my therapist has done so with such compassion and empathy while maintaining professional boundaries. My therapist has always made me feel safe and listened to and I would recommend ETC to anyone seeking out therapy!
Most unprofessional clinical director as well as scheduling staff I have ever seen. This place is a joke, I finally reached the point of my journey in life that I finally want to be able to open up and talk about family dynamics that haunt me, which has taken me nearly 40 years to do, and this clinic disrespectfully denys my choice of providers I wish to see, based off of a paragraph of information I gave them. Thinking they know whats best for me and my needs. They already showed me availability for the provider, then outright deny my choice. You guys should be ashamed of yourself and your scheduling tactics, this is the worst mental health clinic I have ever been in contact with. Even worse, instead of respecting my request for biweekly sessions, I was pushed into weekly therapy under the guise of “continuity of care.” Thats right, they cant give me the provider I asked for, and also tell me to come in more frequently then I requested... ARE YOU GUYS CRAZY? This feels less like clinical judgment and more like a blatant attempt to bill more sessions to my insurance. I came here seeking clarity and support, not games, deflection, and upselling disguised as care recommendations. You guys really should be ashamed of yourself, the clinical director especially, because im sure the disregard for my choice in bi-weekly sessions, was something they came up with. Disgusting. You ever think talking about life and family drama is so incredibly hard to do, that I can only muster up the psychological ability to do it every two weeks, as opposed to every week? Lest it destroys my life even more than it already has, just by talking about it. I asked for a LMFT FOR A REASON, and you deny me my choice thinking you know best... even tho she has availabilities. The aggravation you just ignited is next level, this is an area of my life that is full of friction, and you just added to it. You ever step back and ask yourself why the client would want to only come in bi-weekly? Ever process a thought on the matter? Nope guess not, because $$$ is all you got on your mind. If this clinic truly had my best interests in mind, they would’ve honored the preferences I made clear from the start. Instead, it’s become painfully obvious that administrative convenience and revenue maximization come before patient autonomy and respect. Let me be absolutely clear — I know myself better than anyone sitting behind a desk thinking they can decide what’s best for me. I’ve done the work, lived the life, and fought through more than any intake form or scheduling chart could ever capture. For this clinic to override my expressed needs and preferences — as if they somehow understand my healing process better than I do — is not only arrogant, it’s disrespectful. I didn’t come here to be managed like a case number. I came here to be heard, respected, and treated like a human being. If you can’t offer that, you have no business calling yourselves a mental health service provider. You guys just lost a lifetime of referrals (since referring people to professionals is a function of my job), you won't have one from me ever, in fact you'll have me swaying clients away from your clinic because your unprofessionality is next level. Good Job Clinical Director, i'm sure this is why you make the big bucks! You need to go back to counseling school 101 and learn what being "Client Centered" means, because your so lost in your administrative functions, you forgot what that is. Side Note: After looking through the rest of the review, looks like their front desk clerk Cheyenne is not only mentioned in one review with a photo of her, right below it Cheyenne herself is inflating the reviews to make a fake positive review of the clinic as if she were a client... GO FIGURE... I would expect nothing less from Eden Therapy Center...

Warm, welcoming, calming environment. Each individual working at Eden Therapy Center is kind, compassionate, and strong mental health advocates. It is a fabulous place to be to start your therapeutic journey.
After being informed about being billed incorrectly I had a lot of questions about my bill and did not feel comfortable submitting payments until speaking directly with the clinical director. It took lots of emailing back and forth with administrative staff trying to get ahold of the clinical director, Nancy, and after 1.5 years of requests we were able to schedule a phone call. Once we did hear from Nancy, she demonstrated an air of urgency for us to submit our (quite large) unpaid balance, which seemed odd after not having heard from her in 1.5+ years. She offered to take off $180.00 off our bill to settle a disagreement about informed consent of services (I.e., a disagreement of whether or not a client should be charged for something they didn’t explicitly give consent to). Taking responsibility for that cost is appreciated, and yet, it does not alter my view on the level of professionalism (or lack thereof) demonstrated to me while working with Eden therapy Center.
Eden Therapy is a wonderful resource for our community. From the helpful front desk staff to the well-trained, insightful therapists, everyone is professional and dedicated to your well-being. Their treatments are holistic and individualized. If you are looking for a therapist, I’d recommend you contact them immediately, as their staff has said that right now their services are more in-demand than ever and they are actively recruiting new therapists and other care givers to keep up the excellent client service they have become known for.
Tell us what you're looking for and ABA Navigator will help connect your family with care.
