My trainer, Rohman, was the best! He was detailed, enthusiastic, and cared about the work. Rohman made sure everyone understood the policies and procedures.
On board training was excellent. They taught us a lot Rhoman did a good job letting us know exactly how it was going to be on the floors... vicky was also excellent andrea also, did an excellent job in teaching us about meds....
I could tell Rohman took his job very seriously with informing us and making sure we actually know what he taught us. The videos were kinda long but they have proved themselves very useful. All of the clients are well taken care of and I can tell they’re loved by the staff.
