Lauren has a powerful and yet soft and beautiful way of seeing directly into patterns that are holding me back from truly living and loving myself more. She seems to pierce the heart but with such Grace. And her ability to also pick up on patterns that arise when working with the horses and how they too seem to see us humans in ways we can’t see ourselves is such a humbling and yet very powerful experience.

Lauren always creates a safe space where I feel incredibly seen and valued and allowed to share myself with zero judgement. Her insights and guidance are always heart centered and come from a place of deep wisdom that have radically changed how I view myself and the world in ways that feel grounded, empowering, and authentic - I walk away from our time feeling connected to life, unburdened from heaviness, & so much more free! I also have worked with her and her horses and it literally was nothing short of magical.

The time spent with Lauren and her horses was powerful yet subtle. Lauren met me where I was at and immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable with her and with the herd. She explained a few basic tenets of what and how she does what she does and how to interact with the horses and the dance between it all. Connecting with the horses was unlike anything I had done and deeply moved me in unsuspecting ways. Lauren masterfully translated the horses behavior and our interplay so I could easily understand and left room for my own reflection and connection. There was an honesty and truth to the experience I will never forget. It was a deeply emotional experience and also unique and fun. What Lauren "does" is create and hold space authentically and is truly one with her herd. She is a special and talented practitioner I will definitely work with again.
