My son had been through many therapists before finding Jenelle in 2018. None of them seemed to either understand him (or stick around long enough to find out). But from the first day with Jenelle it was like magic! She understood that not everyone fits into a predetermined diagnosis box. While changing the mindset from a diagnosis to neurodiverse, my son was able to adapt to situations much easier. We live in a rural area but Jenelle made our 1+ hour drive to see her very worthwhile! And then when she opened her own office (even further from home) it was an easy decision to follow her. Now, 6 years later, my son has switched to a different therapist in her office, Mike Stefan, but the care he receives is still exemplary! I love everyone that works at Elevated Therapy Solutions and will continue with them as long as we are able!

I cannot say enough good things about Jenelle. Ever since we started seeing her, my daughter has exhibited an incredible improvement in her ability to regulate her emotions and anxiety. Jenelle demonstrates genuine concern for her well-being, creating a comfortable and reassuring environment during treatment. Her compassionate approach has been instrumental in my daughter’s progress. Jenelle is truly exceptional.

Jenelle has seen our youngest for several years now and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her work with them has made a tremendous difference in their ability to communicate their needs, express their frustrations and manage their anxiety both at home and at school. Jenelle is reliable, consistent, inclusive and we deeply value her perspective. Her patience with, and understanding of, our highly-sensitive child means that they get the care they deserve at their own pace. Our family functions better because of Jenelle and we are incredibly grateful for her.

I’m blown away by the impact Michael Stefan has made with my teenage son. My 17 yo was Anti counseling and had met previous therapists in the past with no connection. He was pretty much done until he met Mike. Mike has helped my son so much , he’s been a role model and he looks forward to his weekly sessions. We didn't know what we were missing until we found Jenelle! We had tried other therapists prior to meeting her and we thought we were getting a "good" experience at the previous locations. It wasn't until we found Jenelle that we saw an extraordinary difference among the approaches. Jenelle built a relationship with our four-year-old daughter from the very first session. Her hands-on approach is exactly what we were looking for. As an early childhood teacher, I've got a good toolbox for helping young children in a variety of ways. I was looking for someone who could give us recommendations on things we HAVEN'T tried yet. We leave every session with new ideas and new tools to try with our daughter. We are extremely grateful to have met Jenelle and we all look forward to seeing her each week. We can't recommend her enough!

My daughter has been seeing Jenelle for going on 9 months now. From the first phone consultation, I knew Jenelle was the perfect fit for my daughter. My daughter enjoys talking to Jenelle and clicked with her quickly. Jenelle is patient and validates my daughter's thoughts and feelings, while helping her understand them and teaching her healthy ways to handle them. Jenelle has provided tools and strategies to my daughter for dealing with anxiety, falling asleep, and interacting with her siblings, among other things. I have seen a huge improvement in my daughter since starting to see Jenelle. The experience has shown my daughter the value of therapy/counseling, to name her anxiety and to not be ashamed of it.
