Elite DNA Behavioral Health Therapy & Psychiatry Clinic

I have had a wonderful experience with Elite DNA Jacksonville. I got matched the my provider Victoria Webber, and would not have had a better experience. I have been searching for a therapist that I truly felt seen with, connect with, and could relate with for years and it has been a struggle. As she is not a typical by-the-book therapist, she is the first one I could feel myself with and truly make progress with myself. Words cannot explain how much she has helped me and held my hand along my journey while I worked on myself. She also has made sure that if I had any issues with any of my other doctors through Elite DNA she immediately takes care of me and makes sure the situation is solved. She has always open and listens to my wants, feelings, and needs in many ways. I could not suggest this practice more, even more-so this therapist.

My 20 years oldcson asked for therapy cause he's got alot going on, and wants to talk with someone. But they told him they only can do zoom because of no openings for in person that he wanted.i call couple days later and ask why and she told me cause he has a felony, I said its dropped to a misdemeanor. That is professionally unethical, discrimination, why would you turn someone down in person, that is just so wrong. We will find someone else! It's not personal doing it on zoom,specially the first gew times.would not recommend find someone who really cares and doesn't judge !!!!

We had Dr. ShellyAnne for our 7 yr old. In 2nd grade. She was awesome. She had ways to help him deal with his emotions and she was always so Sweet, humble and ready to help. Our little Gio uses the tactics she showed him daily and has been a huge help. Highly recommend.

With no explanation at all my counselor disappeared. Then the new counselor missed a visit and billing charged me. Several talks with the office and still no return of payment. The counselors suck and so does the front desk. If you have mental health problems, you will have better luck else where.

I’ve been a patient at this office for a while and never had any issues until my recent provider change. My new provider, Tina Alexander has been extremely unprofessional & rude — has a very poor attitude, and doesn’t seem to care about getting my medication to me on time. . I never had these problems with my previous provider, Jacqueline, who was caring, understanding, and always made sure my needs were met. I just want this situation resolved and to be treated with the same respect and urgency as before.

My sister was recently dropped as a patient at this office due to a missed appointment. I would have gladly cancelled for her but they will never accept my calls on her behalf. Her other doctors never have a problem with me scheduling for her. She ended up in the hospital having surgery, and then into rehab where she still is. They claim she missed another appointment which is not true as I am her transportation and I was out of town on that date and there was never a scheduled appointment. She is now without necessary medication and we cannot start with a new therapist while she is in rehab. All of this was explained but her therapist never bothered to return my phone call. I guess “policy” trumps caring for patients. I would consider all the reviews written on here before deciding on the care you expect from a facility who is handling fragile individuals seeking help.

1 Star – Deeply Concerning Experience with Poor Accountability and Care My experience with Elite DNA Behavioral Health has been extremely disappointing. I would caution anyone seeking genuine, attentive care to proceed with caution. Despite repeatedly expressing concerns in writing about my treatment and the handling of my care, my complaints were ignored or dismissed — leaving no paper trail or accountability. This lack of transparency felt intentional and deeply concerning. Instead of offering thoughtful treatment or exploring real solutions, the response was repeatedly to increase my prescription. That approach made me feel more like a number than a person needing care. Communication was poor, follow-up was inconsistent, and at times I felt intimidated for simply asking questions or advocating for myself. There appears to be little oversight or willingness to take responsibility for mistakes. Patients deserve care that’s compassionate, transparent, and responsive but unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Please look at the bad reviews on multiple platforms so you can see that this is not a good place for care!!

If I could give negative stars I would. These people don’t give a damn about you, all they care about is your money and I will not be giving them a DIME. They dropped me as a patient with absolutely zero warning after I asked my provider a question because I “failed to comply” with my treatment plan, when SHE was the one who told me to go off the medication. Going off that medication had me feeling like crap and they wouldn’t let me see her because I lost my insurance. They didn’t give me any kind of 30/60 day supply of medication after they dropped me until I could find another provider and I ran out, ending up in the hospital due to complications from suddenly stopping such hard core meds. STOP CONTACTING ME, YOU ARE NOT GETTING A DIME MORE OF MY MONEY. Yes, they are still calling asking me for money. Shows the true colors of this place.

My provider, Jade, is wonderful. I have nothing but great things to say about her. However, the front-end of this facility is not great. Scheduling any sort of appointment takes a significant amount of time - it has to be done over the phone, and hold times are over 15 minutes every time I call. This impacts my ability to utilize all this EliteDNA has to offer because I have a job and cannot wait that long. In the amount of time it has taken me to open google, and write this review, and format it, I am still on hold.
