ELITE Rehab & Sports Therapy

My time at ELITE has been nothing short of fantastic. I came in with a knee injury and Meryl and Kat have been very welcoming along with answering many of the questions I've had surrounding my knee. For my first time doing PT they both have been great guiding me through exercises and also the mental aspect of getting over my injury. I would highly recommend ELITE to my friends and family.

Not long ago I developed back pain issues that was not healing like would have expected. It started as a muscle issue but then I felt pain in my spine and thought it was time to visit the Dr? I was diagnosed with a degenerative spinal disk problem. I was very bummed out and dealing with a lot of weakness and pain. The Dr wanted me to try PT before doing anything else. I was very skeptical about that but within just a few weeks of treatments and dedication to my homework I was extremely pleased with the results. After about a dozen visits in a month and a half my back is completely pain free and almost back to normal. I love the results and am confident if I continue the workouts at home my back will stay strong. Meryl and Kat are awesome. Now we’re working on my knee.

I really enjoy and appreciate the team at ELITE! They are extremely supportive and professional. They send reminders of appointments and are understanding when changes in scheduling are required. I am truly happy I chose ELITE

This is my seventh time @ ELITE. I wouldn't go anywhere else for PT. I love the way they care about all their clients, know when to push them and when to back off.

I needed physical therapy after pregnancy and childbirth, and when I saw that Meryl was also a mom, I thought she might be able to relate. I was right—she understood my concerns on a personal level and helped me heal with empathy, expertise, and precision. The team at Elite Rehab and Sports Therapy treats people at all stages of life, and I highly them for any of your physical therapy needs!!

Came in with debilitating back pain, spasms i’d been dealing with since a teenager and couldn’t take it anymore. I worked with Kat and one of her studies over the course of my time there, and they were able to find and target muscle groups i wasn’t even aware that were weak and not activating. The real root causes of my pain. They exceeded by far my expectations of how beneficial PT can be, and although i hope i don’t end up back there, i’d gladly go back to fix/diagnose whatever issue came to be.

Meryl has been great about explaining the course of my treatment and how I can improve my hip mobility and strength after an injury. She's easy to talk to and makes some of the more difficult things about therapy a little bit better using distractions. Definitely recommend!
