Regarding service for my 4 year old: began to be blatantly ignored when I requested a provider switch to accommodate representation. I called & emailed multiple times all while having a chart in their system. After a month of being ignored I had my husband call from a different number in which he was able to confirm Bethany is still employed there. I wish the practice would have reached out and stated they would treat us different based on preference. Will be taking this to the state. Horrible reviews on Indeed & Reddit as well.

Working with Rebecca S. has been so wonderful! I am in a totally different and healthier place than I was when I started therapy a year ago! The support, compassion and gentle nudges to challenge my negative thoughts was just what I needed. We had virtual sessions which made it easier to do my sessions each week from the privacy of my own home. A great therapist and a lovely human being!!

Hands down the best and I mean the best Mental Health Office for allllll ages I’m 43 n my daughter is 12 and we see different therapist and I just can’t say enuff about this place.. you feel the comfort n love as soon as you walk in.. like a weight has been lifted off you.. Rhys and Camille, Kate and Peter and Marli the list goes on there absolutely one of a kind .. They treat you like family not just a number and even check on you personally outside of office. Again if your in need of a Mental Health doctor for anything including gaming therapy and reprogramming therapy ,internet ,add,adhd bi polar the list goes on.. Go see them

I’ve had such a great experience here so far. Everyone is warm, professional, and really seems to care. My therapist is fantastic, and I’ve learned so much about myself since starting here. The space is welcoming, and scheduling is so easy. Highly recommend if you’re looking for real, supportive mental health care.

I worked with Keira for over a year and truly valued her as a therapist. I genuinely enjoyed our sessions and found her to be excellent in her work. Unfortunately, my negative review is due to the billing department, which has been a constant source of frustration. They repeatedly charged my card without authorization, even after I deleted my payment information from their portal. I was frequently billed incorrect amounts, including overcharges, with no clear explanation, even after providing documentation from my insurance company confirming that I owed nothing. While they eventually issued a partial refund, it was not even credited to the card that was originally charged. Although the therapy itself was outstanding, the ongoing issues with their billing department ultimately forced me to end my care with this company.

I've been working with Kaley Payne for a little over a year now. She is tremendous- I always feel seen, heard, and validated - each session she delivers impactful and lasting insight. Her approach has been very effective for me - I leave the sessions feeling supported and carry her wisdom with me into the following week. At times I find myself in really dark and challenging headspaces, but I try to remind myself of something she mentioned in a previous session. It is truly profound to feel understood especially in the realm of mental health. Kaley's care feels genuine --she is both kind and well informed - if you're looking for help she is incredibly patient and well-versed 11/10 would defintely reccommend

I had an amazing therapist until all upcoming appointments were cancelled it looked like due to termination of employment. All of a sudden I had many charges taken out of my bank account that I did not authorize as I was no longer a patient and when I was done with all sessions my balance was at $0. When I emailed many times asking why and how to fix this they were changing their story and refused to refund my money. Looks like a company who gets rid of their hard working employees to keep from management having to up their game when it comes to working.

I had the best customer service experience ever April 8 and I want to send her all my praises still. Pam? Tam? It was a short and sweet name and she was super knowledgeable on how to look, very kind, and truly listened and helped me match as best I could with a therapist. Hopefully I can come back raving about the therapy side of Ellie Mental Health too, but for right now, please know they have an excellent customer service representative!!! I’m excited for this service
