Emerge Pediatric Therapy

The very best pediatric therapy available. We have been here for right at 10 years, and I've never been disappointed.

My baby had torticollis and feeding difficulties from birth. We saw a lactation consultant (not very helpful in her case), and then asked her pediatrician for a referral to Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. We saw Sarah Johnson, OT, who was able to fit us in her schedule quickly - because you know how fast babies change in the first year of life! We saw incredible improvement with her body tension, easier feeding, better sleep, and she tolerated the baby carrier and car seat more too. She never got a flat spot on her head. She has met all her milestones, a bit early even! She is my second child, and Sarah was so welcoming of my older daughter who had to tag along to sessions with us - always making sure she had toys to play with and keep her happy and busy. Now, you cannot even tell that my daughter had torticollis and is doing great. I cannot recommend Sarah and Emerge Pediatric Therapy enough!

My son has been working with Megan Beasley for speech and reading therapy, and I cannot say enough good things about her. From the very beginning, Megan has been patient, encouraging, and truly invested in his growth. She not only makes each session engaging and effective, but she also gives us tools and strategies to continue the progress at home. Since starting with Megan, my son’s confidence has grown tremendously, and we’ve seen clear improvements in both his reading and speech. She has a gift for connecting with children, meeting them right where they are, and helping them feel successful every step of the way. I am beyond grateful for all that Megan has done for my son. She is simply amazing, and I would highly recommend her to any parent looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and caring therapist.

Dr. Sarah is my go-to for all infant feeding or developmental needs. She has been working with my daughter since 3 months old and I only wish I had found her sooner. She has helped us resolve torticollis and go from delayed rolling and sitting to hitting milestones early or on time. She's helped me with creative play ideas and she's an expert at feeding! We are so thankful to have her.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Emerge, their staff and their therapists. We were new to the State and needed to continue SLP services for our child. We struggled to find a place locally that didn’t have a 3-6 month waiting list. We stumbled upon Emerge and they were very prompt in getting us an evaluation and very professional and warm throughout the entire process. We immediately felt like we were in good hands with their knowledgeable front desk staff-Dan and Grace. Eventually we received services from the SLP Ms. Abbey and I cannot say enough amazing things about this wonderful person. Our family is so grateful for her immense patience, dedication and passion for her job. Our child is thriving and we as parents feel like she’s always advocated for our child and have always helped us better understand the needs of our child. The vast improvement our child has made has been beyond our wildest expectations. We are forever grateful for Ms. Abbey and the foundation she’s given our child so that he may succeed in the future. The next superstar we’ve received services from has been the OT Jude. Our child was having a very difficult time and we sought additional services from Emerge. Jude has been working with our child and we’ve seen a lot of improvement. Jude has also been so supportive of our family and our child and I’m not sure how we could’ve gotten through some major life changes without Jude. We really think that Emerge is such a special place for children and everyone there is just so caring and dedicated to improving the lives of their clients. We are so fortunate to have found them all and are forever grateful for the services we’ve received.

We recently moved to the area and were in search of the best provider. A colleague recommended Emerge, and it has been the best, most professional and caring group of therapists we have seen thus far. We see Haley for speech, Mira for OT, and Alyssa for PT. These ladies go above and beyond, but most importantly, my child reacts so well to each of them. It puts me at ease knowing that each time we leave an appointment, my child is making progress and being cared for. Thank you so much Haley, Mira, and Alyssa!!!!

My baby started OT with Dr. Sarah Johnson since he was almost 3 months old and I quickly saw the difference the therapy has made. Sarah is super friendly and patient and always makes sure my baby is comfortable. I recommend her without hesitation.

The therapists and staff at emerge are FANTASTIC!! Our son has been going there for 2 years and has developed so much. Mackenzie and Haley have helped us all to learn more about autism, our son’s personal learning style, and more! 10/10 would recommend calling to set up an assessment.
